Just after midnight on Thursday, two Ole Miss football
players were arrested for disorderly conduct. There's no word on the
circumstances of the arrests, but according to WJTV News Channel 12, they
were arrested and booked in Lafayette County.
Safety Trae Elston and receiver Damore'ea Stringfellow were
arrested and charged with disorderly conduct late that evening. Elston was also
charged with resisting arrest. Very few details have been released about the
incident, but we do know that as of noon the next day, they were still in jail.
